We take pride in conjuring up high-quality, hand-crafted pieces that speak to your spirit. While our cauldron bubbles with care for every order, we understand that sometimes… even the moon phases don’t align.

Returns (Non-Custom Items):

If your enchanted garment doesn’t quite vibe with your energy, we gladly accept returns on non-custom, made-on-demand items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original magical condition.

To request a return, simply email us at 716covenandcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll send a raven with the next steps (okay, maybe just an email).

No Returns on Custom Spells:

All custom creations (anything personalized or tailor-made just for you) are final sale. These pieces are brewed just for your energy, making them non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the spell is cast, it cannot be undone.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days (we’re quick with magic, but banks move slower than broomsticks in fog).

Order Issues or Wrong Items:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or mysteriously hexed — please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll work our magic to make it right.
