Before we spark the cauldron or cast a single stitch, here’s everything you need to know about how our magic works behind the scenes. No fine print, no shady vibes—just transparency from our cauldron to your doorstep. Let’s make magic, responsibly.

Standard Orders:

Standard Orders are those items that are not custom (items in our collections), these require 5-7 business days for processing before shipping or local pickup. We are a small-batch, handcrafted brand—each product is blessed by the witches behind the scenes, not pumped out by a spell-less factory. 

Custom Design Policy:

Personalized Magic Takes Time. Once a custom request is submitted, we require 48 business hours to review your design request, confirm the materials needed, and ensure we can bring your vision to life with our signature coven touch. Once your design is approved by you, the customer, payment will be due and we’ll need 5–7 business days to complete your one-of-a-kind product from time payment is received . Trust us—it’s worth the wait when you’re summoning something this unique. 

Bulk Custom Orders Policy:

Ordering 10+ Items? That’s a Coven-Wide Spell!

Orders of 10 items or more are considered bulk custom orders and follow a different timeline. These require:

• Initial 72 hours to confirm design details and material inventory
• Payment is due at the time the design is agreed upon 
• Once payment is received a google doc form will be sent for easy completion, allowing the coven to ensure accuracy.
• It will be 7–10 business days for production after design approval, payment received, and google doc form completed.

Our Shipping Carrier:

We Ship with USPS. All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package leaves our cauldron and enters the postal system, we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or lost items. If you experience any issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Note: Tracking numbers will be provided once your item ships. Make sure your shipping address is accurate—rerouting spells cost extra. 

Local Pickup Info (if applicable):

Buffalo Coven Pickup Option, If you select local pickup, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup is available by appointment only—we’ll provide details for scheduling once your order is complete via email. 

Order Changes or Cancellations:

Change of Heart?

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. If you need to cancel or update something, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Custom and bulk orders cannot be canceled once materials are purchased or production has begun.

Returns/Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for a different size on on-demand apparel (non-custom items) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. We’ll cover the cost to send out the new size one time only for the order. 

Refunds:

Refunds for on-demand apparel are only issued in the event of damage or a mistake on our part. No refunds for sizing preferences, fit issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Custom Apparel (names, phrases, logos, etc.): No returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on your order or it arrives damaged. The usual “made just for you” policy.

Cups, Bags, Tumblers & Accessories: We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can work our magic to fix it.

Note: These items are often handmade, so slight variations or imperfections are part of the charm—not considered defects.
