🔮 716 Coven & Company Policies

Before we fire up the cauldron and start making magic, here’s everything you need to know about ordering from 716 Coven & Company.

We’re a small business—not a warehouse or mass-production operation. Many of our pieces are made specifically after you order, allowing us to offer more designs, reduce unnecessary inventory, and put a little extra care into everything that leaves our Coven.

Please read our policies before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to the policies below. 🖤

✨ Made-to-Order & Processing Times

Most apparel and specialty pieces from 716 Coven & Company are made to order.

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production unless a different timeframe is stated in the product listing.

Specialty items—including rhinestones, embroidery, sequins, custom embellishments, or other specialty techniques—may require additional production time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production time begins after your order and payment have been received and does not include shipping time.

We promise we’re not ignoring your order. The cauldron is just busy. 🧙♀️

🪄 Bulk & Group Orders

Need 10 or more items? You’ve officially summoned a Coven-wide order.

We happily accept select bulk orders for businesses, teams, dance groups, fundraisers, events, parties, organizations, and more.

Bulk orders may have different pricing and production timelines depending on quantity, design, materials, and our current production schedule.

Before production begins:

• Design and order details must be finalized
• Final quantities and sizes must be submitted
• Payment must be received in full unless otherwise agreed upon
• Any required design approval must be completed

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, bulk orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Have a deadline? Please tell us before ordering so we can confirm whether we’re able to accommodate it.

📦 Shipping

Orders requiring shipping are sent using the carrier and service shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control. However, if something goes wrong, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Once it leaves the Coven, even our best spells can’t make the mail truck move faster. 🔮

🏠 Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for our Western New York customers.

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive a notification when your entire order is ready.

Pickup is by appointment only.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete and pickup arrangements have been made.

🖤 Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? Contact us as quickly as possible.

Cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made if materials have already been ordered or production has begun.

Custom, personalized, bulk, and specialty orders cannot be canceled once materials have been purchased or production has started.

👕 Size Exchanges

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering, as sizing can vary by garment brand and style.

For eligible non-custom apparel, we offer a one-time size exchange when requested within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify:

• The item must be unworn
• The item must be unwashed
• The item must be in its original condition
• The exchange must be for the same design in a different available size

Customers are responsible for return shipping when applicable. 716 Coven & Company will cover shipment of the replacement size one time per eligible order.

Custom, personalized, clearance, limited-release, and certain specialty items are not eligible for size exchanges.

💰 Returns & Refunds

Because most of our products are made to order, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, fit preference, or failure to review product information before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.

If we made the mistake, we’ll make it right. That’s just good witch etiquette. 🖤

✨ Handmade & Specialty Items

Many of our products are handmade, decorated, embellished, or finished individually.

Because of this, slight variations in placement, color, appearance, or finish may occur and are part of what makes handmade products unique.

Minor variations that do not affect the function or overall quality of an item are not considered defects.

💎 Rhinestones, Sequins & Embellishments

Specialty embellished apparel requires a little extra TLC.

Please follow the care instructions provided for your item. Improper washing, drying, ironing, or general care may damage specialty embellishments.

Normal wear or damage caused by improper care is not considered a product defect.

Basically: treat the bling like the diva she is. ✨

🎨 Custom Designs & Artwork

We accept select custom and bulk design requests depending on our production schedule and the nature of the project.

We will not knowingly reproduce another artist’s artwork, another small business’s original design, or copyrighted/trademarked material that we do not have permission to use.

Some artwork used on our products is created by or properly sourced/licensed from independent designers and commercial-use design providers.
