• Standard items: 5-7 business days to process

• Custom orders: 7-10 business days after approval and payment received. 

• Bulk orders: 7–10 business days after design approval, payment received, and google doc completed. 

Shipping time depends on USPS delivery speed.

We only accept returns on non-custom apparel for size exchanges (within 7 days).

All other sales are final—unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake.

Only if you reach out within 24 hours of ordering.

Custom or bulk orders cannot be canceled after production starts.

Absolutely! Any order of 10+ items qualifies as a bulk order and follows its own timeline.

We’ll work with you on design, payment, and deadlines. Perfect for businesses, teams, retreats, events, and magical gatherings.

How does local pickup work?

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email you once your order is ready and schedule a pickup time. Pickup is by appointment only in the Buffalo area.

What if I got the wrong size?

If it’s an on-demand (non-custom) apparel item, we offer a one-time size exchange.

You must request it within 7 days and return the item in unworn condition.

You pay return shipping; we cover the replacement.

Yes! Apparel should be washed inside-out, cold water, and hung to dry.
