How long will it take to get my order?

Most of our pieces are made to order, which means we don’t create your item until you’ve chosen it and placed your order. Less waste, less unnecessary inventory, and more room for us to keep creating new magic. ✨

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing. Specialty items, bulk orders, rhinestones, embroidery, or other embellished pieces may require additional time.

Shipping time is separate from production time and depends on the carrier.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because many of our pieces are made specifically for you, all sales are generally final.

We do offer a one-time size exchange on eligible non-custom apparel when requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom, personalized, specialty, clearance, and certain limited-edition items are final sale.

Of course, if we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll make it right. 🖤

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to request a cancellation.

Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, an order cannot be canceled.

Do you accept bulk or group orders?

Absolutely! ✨ We love creating for businesses, teams, dance groups, events, fundraisers, parties, and other magical gatherings.

Orders of 10+ items are considered bulk orders and may have different pricing and production timelines. Contact us before ordering so we can discuss your vision, quantity, and deadline.

How does local pickup work?

Local to Western New York? Choose Local Pickup at checkout when available.

We’ll contact you once your order is completely ready to arrange pickup. Pickup is by appointment only. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before making arrangements.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

For eligible non-custom apparel, we offer a one-time size exchange requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

The original item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping when applicable.

Because sizing can vary between garment brands and styles, please review available sizing information before ordering.

How do I care for my Coven gear?

Treat your magic nicely. 🖤

Care instructions vary depending on the decoration method, especially for rhinestone, sequin, embroidered, and specialty pieces. Please follow the care instructions provided with your item or on our Care Instructions page.

When in doubt: wash gently, avoid high heat, and never iron directly over a design or embellishment.

Who makes all this magic?

716 Coven & Company is a small, woman-owned boutique based in Western New York. We create many of our pieces ourselves and also collaborate with talented designers and production partners to bring certain designs, prints, embroidery, rhinestones, and specialty pieces to life.

We intentionally keep inventory limited and make many pieces to order rather than mass-producing them.

Can I request a custom design?

We accept select custom and bulk projects depending on the request and our current production schedule.

We do not recreate another artist’s work, copy another small business’s design, or reproduce copyrighted artwork without proper permission or licensing.
